Booking Conditions

The following conditions apply to your booking

1. Payment: When you book you pay a deposit of €250

2. Balance Payment: You pay the balance one calendar month before the arival date. If you book within the one calendar monthof arrival, you pay the full amount at the time of booking

3. Damage Deposit: A security deposit in the sum of €200 is payable one calendar month before arrival date. Damage deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure, providedhouse is left in the same condition as on day of arrival.

4. Check In Time:  Check in after 4.00pm. Please confirm approximate time of arrival at least one week before arrival date.

5. Check Out Time: The house is to be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

6. Cancellation Charges: If you have to cancel your holiday for  whatever reason, we reserve the right to make a cancellation charge as folows:

More than one month:                         deposit

Less than one month:                           75% of total rental

Less than one week:                             100% of total rental

7. We are not liable for any injury, damage or loss to persons or goods whatsoever and howsoever the same may be caused.

8. In the unlikely event of circumstances beyond our control we reserve the right to provide you with alternative accomodation or cancel your booking. In the latter case, any sum paid by you will be refunded, but otherwise we accept no further liability.

9. Your confirmed booking constitutes a legal contract between you and the owner of hte individual premises, which requires you to pay for the reserved accommodation in the event of curtailment of your holiday.

10. Seperate charges for oil and ESB will apply, readings to be taken on srrivla/departure.

11. Smoking is not permitted within the house.

12. Cot and highchair available on request.
